FAQ (Shipping/Returns)


Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days


International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

Please note, we have two printing and shipping locations. Orders from the USA are shipped from the USA and EU orders aim to be shipped from the EU, but this is not guaranteed. You may be subject to customs charges.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know as soon as possible.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@taoutdoors.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

Please note that we do not accept liability for any parcels that have been lost or stolen. You can track delivery of your parcel through the email updates that you will receive and we recommend you are home for delivery of your order.


Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within ONE WEEK of receiving your order! 

Please email info@taoutdoors.com with a photograph of the problem your order number.

Wrong size:

Please note, we cannot accept returns as all these items are printed to order. 

Please check the size guide on the website before you place an order!

If you are unhappy with the size you've received, please check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Unfortunately if the measurements are correct, we will not be able to offer you an exchange.

If you made a mistake with your order:

Sometimes we can manually rectify an order if it is brought to our attention soon enough. Get in touch by emailing info@taoutdoors.com ASAP quoting your order number. All orders are print-on-demand and therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change an order. You may be still be charged if it has already been processed. 

If the order you receive has a problem:

Please email info@taoutdoors.com with a photograph of the problem and your order number.
