What’s your Return Policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@taoutdoors.com
Damaged Items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within ONE WEEK of receiving your order!
Please email info@taoutdoors.com with a photograph of the problem your order number.
WRONG SIZE - Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges as all products are done on a print-on-demand basis. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Unfortunately if the measurements are correct, we will not be able to offer you an exchange. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that is the case, please let us know at info@taoutdoors.com within one week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
If you made a mistake with your order:
Sometimes we can manually rectify an order if it is brought to our attention soon enough. Get in touch by emailing info@taoutdoors.com ASAP quoting your order number. All orders are print-on-demand and therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change an order. You may be still be charged if it has already been processed.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@taoutdoors.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll try our best to sort it for you.
Order never arrived:
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

Ask your local post office if they have your package

Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at info@taoutdoors.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address and you notified us, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. Please note that we do not accept liability for any parcels that have been lost or stolen. You can track delivery of your parcel through the email updates that you will receive and we recommend you are home for delivery of your order.
Customs Charges
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International shipments may incur customs and/or VAT fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office in your country. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipping company. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@taoutdoors.com
